Fill in the application form. Once you submit all the details, the application ID will be sent to the registered email ID.

Applicants between 21 – 27 years of age and have completed graduation in regular mode in any discipline with 65% aggregate marks.

It is a two-stage process of aptitude test followed by a group discussion & personal interview. You would have to reach the nearest exam centre on the specified date.

  • You are currently working with Utkarsh Small Finance Bank.
  • You have been subjected to any disciplinary proceedings by your previous employer(s) at any time.
  • You have ever been proceeded against or convicted under any criminal statutes or in a consumer forum
    You have arrears in your graduation which are not yet cleared.
  • Any legal action is pending or proposed to be initiated against you.

The selection process consists of 2-stages:

  • Level 1/ written test: verbal ability, logical reasoning, numerical ability, current affairs.
  • Level 2/ Group discussion & Personal interview.

The total course fee is ₹ 2.25 Lacs + 18%GST

Yes, you will be awarded a UGC approved PGDBFS from Mangalayatan University on successful completion of this program.

Stage 1: 4 months of training at Baddi University

Stage 2: 2 months internship at Utkarsh branch with a monthly stipend of Rs. 10,000/-

Stage 3: 6 months OJT training with a monthly salary of Rs. 16,000/-

  • If you do not complete the program you will not be awarded any certificate or diploma.
  • The course fee will not be refundable.

You will be eligible for the education loan offered by Utkarsh Small Finance Bank on clearing the screening process.
