Cancellation Policy

You may request a cancellation within 7 days of placing an order. However, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed.

Refund Policy

• Complaints about service quality must be reported within 7 days, and an appropriate decision will be taken by the customer service team.
• If a refund is approved by Kush Kumar, refund amount will be credited back to orignal mode of payment with in 7 days.
